Sales
The Sales Team at TCFHE is responsible for developing and driving our sales strategy -working in partnership with our customer base. The team is aligned across the different types of customers we partner with, with different account managers working with specialist DVD stores, wholesale retailers and rental customers. Together, we build targeted business plans for our customers as well as cultivating new and high-growth sales opportunities that optimise the sell-through of DVDs in line with the sales strategy
Marketing
The Marketing Team within TCFHE creates and implements marketing campaigns aimed at sharing our passion for entertainment with the public. We are responsible for driving the vision and strategy of our full portfolio of DVD products through our three channels; New Release, TV & Catalogue. As a team, we set the marketing strategy for each individual and group DVD release, ensuring that we consistently go to market in a way that engages and excites the consumer. Within the team, we have the full spectrum of marketing activity – from brand ownership, to promotional activity and publicity
Finance
The Finance Team is responsible for controlling all financial management activities for TCFHE as well as providing the business with robust commercial information that underpins our sales and marketing activity. The team looks after the financial & management accounting side of things - ensuring our compliance with financial legislation as well as providing budgetary insight to the business. The commercial planning team sits with the sales and marketing teams providing our Account Managers and Product Managers with forecasting numbers, stock management information and business changing insight. This information is vital in ensuring that our business plans and marketing campaigns succeed
Operations
The TCFHE Operations Team is responsible for managing our supply chain from start to end - ensuring the finished DVD ends up on the shelves of our customers, the retailers. Our supply chain involves working with third-party partners who are responsible for different components of the supply chain e.g. storage and packaging. We have an in-house inventory management and pre-production team who ensure that we have the right inventory of DVDs in place so that we can deliver on our customer commitments
London International Office
The LIO Licensees team look after countries around the world that do not have a dedicated local TCFHE office. In countries where TCFHE does not have an office, we partner with distributors who market and sell Fox products on our behalf. The LIO team work with distributors in some 30 countries across every continent. They strategise the release of titles, decide which languages should be included, organise production, manage distribution and liaise with distributors to monitor and drive progress
TCFHE is regularly awarded for its achievements within the Home Entertainment industry. As an example, TCFHE UK was awarded "Distributor of the Year" at the ‘Home Entertainment Week Awards’ in 2008 and recognised by the British Video Association (and its customers) as the #1 studio for retail and rental distribution for the second year in succession. TCFHE UK also held the greatest market share in value and volume
Examples of some of the best performers contributing to TCFHE’s success include The Simpsons Movie, Night at the Museum, Borat, The Queen, Little Miss Sunshine, The Last King of Scotland and the Ice Age and Die Hard franchises.
